How Far Is Pho King From Hermon?
Around eight miles, and in normal traffic that is a drive of roughly thirteen to fifteen minutes. Route 2 is the main east to west artery through Hermon, and it carries you east directly into Bangor, where it becomes Hammond Street. We are at number 1114, on the Route 2 and Route 100 corridor.
If you are coming from the western side of town near the Carmel line, stay on Route 2 east and simply keep going. From the parts of Hermon closer to Northern Maine Junction or the Freedom Park industrial area, Route 2 east is again the direct line. Drivers who prefer the interstate can pick up I-95 and come off at Exit 182B, which serves US Route 2 and Route 100 at Hammond Street and Odlin Road, though for most of Hermon the surface road is quicker and simpler.
There is free parking on site and the entrance is wheelchair accessible. Have your ID out when you come in, because we check every customer every time.

Why Hermon Residents Drive to Us
Hermon is a town of roughly 6,800 people with a strong residential character and no adult use dispensary of its own on the main corridor, which means most cannabis purchases involve a short drive regardless. Given that, the question is simply which drive is worth making.
Our argument is a straightforward one. We are the closest dispensary to Hermon along your own main road, we carry Maine grown flower tested by state licensed laboratories, and our budtenders will spend real time with you rather than pushing whatever needs moving. A fifteen minute drive along a road you already use daily is not much of an imposition, and it is considerably less than driving somewhere unfamiliar.
We are also open seven days a week, which matters for a commuter town. If Route 2 is already part of your day, we are on the way rather than a detour.
Hermon and the Route 2 Corridor
Route 2 defines Hermon in a way it does not define most towns. It is the artery that connects the Northern Maine Junction rail yards, long the centre of railroad activity for northern and eastern Maine, and the Freedom Park industrial development, out to Interstate 95 and onward into Bangor. A large share of the town’s working traffic moves along it every day.
Away from that corridor, Hermon is rolling countryside and water. Hermon Pond draws boaters, anglers and kayakers through the warmer months, and the town’s recreational and snowmobile trail network keeps people outdoors when the pond freezes. It is a town where a lot of life happens outside, which is reflected in what Hermon customers tend to buy from us.
What Hermon Customers Buy
Hermon customers skew practical. Pre-rolls sell well here because they need no preparation, and flower remains the core purchase for people who want the best value per gram. For evenings after a shift, indica leaning cultivars are the usual ask. For daytime and weekend outdoor use, sativa strains or a balanced hybrid tend to suit better.
We also see steady interest in vape cartridges from customers who want something discreet, and in topicals from people doing physical work. If you are new to any of this, our guides to choosing the right strain, judging cannabis quality and storing weed properly are all worth a read.
